15-Minute Field Trips: Fish Kites (Koi Nobori)

For grades 5-12:

The Japanese celebrate the strength of their children by flying colorful carp streamers. Celebrate your strength, physically, emotionally, and mentally, by building and decorating a rectangular prism kite. We'll also look at food chains, fish migration, and patterns in local Rhode Island fish, from golden shiners to Northern pikes, pumpkinseeds, rainbow trout, and more!
