George Whitley will talk about milling corn to make cornmeal for jonnycakes and cornbread, He will discuss the source of the corn originally used by the colonists and indigenous people in the area. Mr. Whitley was the miller at Gray's Grist Mill in Westport, MA for many years and will demonstrate making jonnycakes for all to taste.

This is a meeting of the owners of Bay View to discuss events in this fiscal year (FY) and the next FY, approve the budget, and elect the Board of Directors.
